WINTER WEATHER – Questions, Compliments, Concerns?

Attention Wellington Residents,

Now that winter is fully underway, the Board would like to establish an avenue for residents to provide feedback on weather-related property conditions.  Any resident with a question, compliment, or concern regarding the Association’s private property before, during, or after snow/sleet events should reach out to the Community Manager, Taylor Vasicek, via email at tvasicek@wellingtonca.org.  Even if the office is closed (on the weekends or due to inclement weather) Management will be attentive to weather-related correspondence, and respond as soon as possible. Management will provide a response addressing the question or concern and will forward any issues to the snow contractor, as necessary.

As a reminder, please use this method to report concerns, as social media is not monitored by the office and will not receive a response.  Additionally, if you live in a single-family home and have concerns about your street, or if you have a concern about Hastings, Hendley, Clover Hill, Spruce Wood, Berkshire, Hood, or Wellington Rd, please report your concern to the City of Manassas, as these are public streets. If you live in a condominium, please report your concern to the Wellington Condominium Association directly.  Thank you!
